In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Use a strong, unique password for your joyi77 Account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-step verification features available in your Account settings.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Regularly review your account transaction history for any unauthorised activity.

All financial transactions on the joyi77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joyi77 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. joyi77 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

In the event of a conflict between any bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. joyi77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed Wager except where expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market.

All content published on the joyi77 Platform — including but not limited to the joyi77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of joyi77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

joyi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.

Upon permanent Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any applicable adjustments (including voided bonus winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfactorily completed and no investigation is ongoing.
